I wanted to capture this moment of stillness - of the figure caught mid-thought. The composition draws attention to the figure across the surface. This paining creates a realm of tension, vulnerability, and pause.
Artist Bio: Andrew is interested in a variety of subjects, including still life, interiors and landscape. He has been attracted to scenes that make the viewer feel like they are catching glimpses into modern life and invite them to question the actions, interactions and relationships of a variety of subjects.
