Blue River Mountain illustrates the small rivers that slowly etch themselves through the dunes and rocky landscapes. The greenery thrives in crevices and trees self seed amongst the rolling hills.
Artist Bio: Luke Taylor is a Melbourne based artist who has been using a range of mediums for the past 15 years. His career started early at the age of 12 making sculptures in art class in primary school. Throughout his life artwork has been a constant outlet for creativity exploring many different mediums. More recently the focus has been colour and detailed landscape art. Luke’s been inspired by artists such as John Mcalistair, Henri Matisse, Dale Frank and Matthew Palladino. All of these artists use vibrant colours throughout their work. Luke makes all of the signature frames himself, having a background in design and construction.
