When light breaks us to the point of cracking, it just helps our light to shine brighter.
This artwork represent the abstract landscape of the psyche.
Artwork’s marks are scattered in fragments, some in inconspicuous spots throughout.
Heavenly influenced by colours and textures of my native and beloved Mexico, and its artists.
Artist Bio: Elena Berkovich has intentionally ignored the realistic representation of landscapes, and the figure, investigating other abstract aspects of scenes and life cracks. Reduced imaginary, rough surfaces, shadows and many colour leyers, represent her works. the arrangement of these is expresive, the empty spaces, the composition, everything has its share.
