A brooding coastline based on a views on a cruise in Norway, where towering cliffs plunge into misty deep waters. Each rocky outcrop stands apart yet echoes the shape of its neighbours, as if yearning for connection across the void. The sea churns endlessly below indifferent, powerful, eternal.
A moody water dense artwork based on shapes, vastness juxtaposed with the detail of a small warm fire and naked body at the heart of the canvas with a speed boat in the foreground. Rescue is at hand, hope is around the corner, a reminder to stay positive in darker moments.
