I let colours seep and blend, shapes soften and fade, and lines break apart only to weave together again. It's like watching a memory unfold: imperfect, layered, with hints of what came before peeking through, sparking a conversation between what's lost, what's held onto, and what's newly imagined.
Memories are not fixed images; they shift, fade, and resurface over time. In my work, memory exists as a layered and fluid space, shaped as much by emotion as by experience. Rather than documenting the past, I explore how memories are carried, altered, and reimagined in the present.
My practice is informed by themes of migration, displacement, and resilience, where personal and collective memories intertwine. Through semi-abstract forms, I invite viewers into a quiet, reflective space where their own memories can surface. The works do not seek clarity or resolution; instead, they hold memory as a living presence — fragile, evolving, and continuously reshaped by time.
