This painting depicts a figure submerged in a bubble bath in a closely cropped composition. The painting explores how self eroticism can be a gesture of feminine empowerment and highlights the faculty of bodily decadence.

Artist Bio: My practice explores self-reflexive eroticism and sexual exploration as gestures of feminine empowerment, positioning the body as a site of agency, pleasure, and cultural value through painting, drawing, sculpture, and video performance. Working from a perspective between a Female and Queer Gaze, I challenge the hetero-patriarchal Male Gaze and reframe feminine desire as autonomous, exploratory, and unapologetically empowered.
