This piece is inspired from going back through my camera roll, way back to my florist days, thinking about the art of flowers. Before the construction and final arrangement is done. There’s the art of early morning wake up and trips to market. The unpacking and display in the store. The careful curation of flowers for the perfect bunch. The cuttings on the workbench and floor. The movement and expertise of a florists hands as they manipulate the flowers and tools. The wrapping paper and presentation. And let’s not forget the art of letting a perfect cup of coffee go cold, Every. Single.Time!
